Country complex Sobi Club invites a service manager (training manager) to its team!

We are located in the Vyshgorod district (20 km from Kyiv), 1 km from the Kyiv HPP in the direction of the village. Khotyanivka.

Requirements:

• work experience from 2 years in a similar position in the restaurant sector.
• ability to work with the audience, coaching experience is mandatory.
• experience in developing educational materials (trainings , presentations, scripts, etc.)
• communicativeness, systematicity and a positive attitude are some of the main qualities of our future training manager!
• knowledge of modern personnel training methods;
• knowledge methods of evaluating the effectiveness of training;

Responsibilities:

• development and conducting of trainings and educational events
• assessing the level of staff knowledge
• organization of introductory trainings for new employees
• monitoring of the fulfillment of staff work standards
