Training Manager (Customer Care Department) in Brainstack_

Customer Care Department is the largest department of Brainstack_, looking for Training Manager for the team.

Necessary skills:

• Fluency in English, oral and written (Upper-Intermediate/ Advanced);
• Experience of training, mentoring, adaptation;
• Experience of conducting online meetings;
• Experience of working in B2C;
• Strong knowledge of G-docs;
• Proficiency in programs for creating training materials (PowerPoint, Canva/ Miro).
  
  Will be a plus:
• Previous work experience in the positions of QA, L&D manager or group leader in the field of support.
  
  

Main tasks:

•

• attracting new people to the team (product part, software skills);
• control and administration of the onboarding and offboarding process (keeping documentation related to training, onboarding/offboarding checklist);
• assist the L&D manager in developing and conducting trainings for the department;
• collaborating with the QA team and Team Leads to improve team performance;
• creating and documenting service department trainings clients;
• assistance in filling the internal LMS.

Work schedule: 5/2

• from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
