Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager at InterContinental Kyiv. The Training Manager will be responsible for coordinating and conducting training programs for hotel staff, ensuring that all employees receive proper training and development opportunities. The Training Manager will also be responsible for assessing training needs, designing and implementing training materials, monitoring training effectiveness, and evaluating the performance of training programs.
