Training manager-analyst in Metinvest

We are looking for a manager with analytical training at the Group enterprise — Metinvest Business Service.

What to do:

• carry out support existing projects and participate in the implementation of new ones that improve the system of professional development and increase the level of qualifications of employees;
• ensure support and development of the internal learning management system (LMS), optimal use platforms;
• develop templates for collecting data from enterprises, consolidate and systematize information for further analysis;
• build clear visualizations and reports on professional training and interaction with educational institutions based on the conducted analytics , evaluation of the effectiveness of educational activities, determination of key indicators of success and development of recommendations for their improvement;
• carry out the formation and management of the budget for education: cost planning and control use.

Our expectations:

• availability of a full higher technical/economic higher education;
• availability of work experience in the field of professional training without requirements for the position level;
• understanding of HR processes and professional training processes (including the specifics of adult and youth training);
• experience in analytical activities and knowledge of analysis tools (Power BI);
• knowledge of office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• experience working in LMS.
