- Master's degree in communications, international relations, business administration or equivalent education.
- High level of English language proficiency (oral and written communication)
- Experience in facilitating trainings and conducting training sessions.
- Expertise in the field of Customer Experience will be a big advantage.
- High communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to plan effectively and organize work, flexibility in learning approaches.
Your duties:
- Conducting Customer Engagement training sessions for an HRBS (Human Resources Business Services) audience.
- Providing existing training solutions, ensuring that participants learn with confidence and are ready to apply the acquired knowledge in practice.
- Active participation in the development of training programs in all of the world.
- Development and improvement of training sessions taking into account new trends and audience needs.
- Gathering feedback from participants and making necessary adjustments to the training program.
- Training and training of local experts (SMEs) to conduct training sessions after the implementation of the program.
- Implementation of key performance indicators (KPI) to evaluate and improve performance training.
