Candidate requirements:

• Higher (secondary) education (management, economics, pedagogy).
• Practical work experience in the field of retail trade and customer service from one year in the position of a senior cashier or seller (experience and knowledge of principles and customer service at gas stations will be an advantage). 
• Experience in the field of personnel training will be an advantage, but is not necessary, willing to provide the necessary training.
• Communication, systematic, responsible, practical skills of mentoring and adaptation of newcomers in the workplace. 
• A confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Availability of own car and willingness to use it for work trips (the company compensates for fuel costs).
• For men aged 18 to 60, having a military registration document.

Main duties:

• Organizing and conducting practical training at a workplace for gas station workers in order to transfer knowledge and experience in accordance with SOCAR training standards and principles of high service. 
• Conducting introductory online trainings for gas station employees. 
• Reporting on the results of training.
• Development of educational materials, participation in the preparation of training programs. 

Working conditions:
