We are currently looking for A training coach ready to join our team and make a significant contribution to the development of our employees!

Do you love teaching, helping people develop and seeing them succeed? Then this vacancy is for you!

It is important for us:

• Higher education and fluency in the Ukrainian language (as , and in writing)
• Experience in conducting trainings and creating internal training programs
• A confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva and Google Docs
• Eager to develop and possess excellent public speaking skills
• Experience with staff adaptation is a big plus!

Your future priorities:

• Conducting hospitality trainings and helping new employees quickly adapt to our network
• Developing training materials and methodological documents
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training events
• Participation in staff development and training projects, supporting them from start to finish
