Development and management of electronic training platforms, video courses, webinars and other online resources for personnel training . Work with online platforms, such as Coursera, EVA, etc. Work with mentors, development of their competencies and evaluation of their work effectiveness. Work with the formation of a personnel reserve. Candidate requirements: Excellent communication skills. Knowledge and ability to use modern educational technologies and electronic platforms for training and development of personnel. Experience of working in a position in the field of development and training of personnel from 2 years. Experience in the development and implementation of training programs, materials and mentoring programs. Work schedule: Mon-Fri: 09:00-18:00, Sat-Sun: weekends.
