Main functional responsibilities: Administration of the personnel evaluation procedure in the company; Analysis of employee evaluation results; Development of a calendar and thematic plan for employee training; Development of training programs for employees of various departments: employees of the office, commercial department, logistics department; Conducting internal training of employees; Performance evaluation training (testing of employees before and after training, feedback from participants and the trainer); educational post-training support (evaluation of qualitative and quantitative work indicators a month after the training, coaching at the workplace). Basic requirements for candidates: Higher education + school trainers (will be an advantage); Experience of working as a staff training specialist, business trainer — will be an advantage.
