• Development and implementation of training programs and employee adaptation maps;

• Listening of conversations;

• Assessment/analysis of the quality of telephone conversations;

• Development of final tests after the programs training;

• Working in projects related to the development of employees (training of a separate topic);

• Development and implementation of personnel surveys;
