We are actively developing, and invite a training and development specialist (L&D Specialist) to our team
Our candidate has:
- from 2 years in the field of L&D (Learn & Development) preferably in the field of banking;
- Work experience in training and professional development of employees;
- materials;
- Knowledge of modern methods of training and personnel development;
- Owning LMS (Learning Management System) or electronic educational platforms;
- Development\optimization of L&D processes, normative documents, standards, methods;
- Skills of coaching, public speaking;
- Experience of participating in the development of a corporate training system;
- Knowledge of Service Design;
- Interest in AI technologies and implementation in work processes;
- Availability of training or coaching certifications (eg Train the Trainer, L&D certifications Coaching certification) will be an advantage.
