If you have: experience in the development of a training system and its implementation. the ability to analyze staff training needs and create content for online training. knowledge of processes and methods of assessing educational needs. the ability to communicate and involve employees at different levels in cooperation; orientation to results and the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. the ability to manage projects, assign tasks and monitor the progress of implementation. leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team.
