Role Mission

In the role of Learning & Development Specialist you you will help our experts grow and confidently develop their skills.

• You will create training programs with clear objectives, well-thought-out LMS modules and practical tasks that make learning interesting, accessible and useful.
• You will conduct trainings, workshops and webinars, creating a friendly, an engaged atmosphere where participants feel supported and see their real progress.
• You will also analyze feedback and training results to constantly improve formats and approaches.

This is a role for someone who likes to work with people, modern tools, new methods and wants to help build a culture of development in OBRIO. 

Your main tasks

• You will research the training needs of the team: interviews, surveys, focus groups, analysis of KPIs and processes.
• You will create thoughtful training programs in LMS - from the structure to presentations, video training recordings, tests, simulations and practical tasks.
• You will conduct trainings, workshops and online sessions where participants will be interested, comfortable and understandable.
• You will evaluate the effectiveness of training according to the Kirkpatrick model and work with feedback.
• You will plan the calendar training activities, you will coordinate resources and monitor the quality of content.
• You will monitor trends in the field of L&D and implement innovative approaches.
• You will prepare recommendations for improving training programs and inter-team processes.

Who we are looking for

• 1+ year of commercial experience in the field of L&D
• Structural and the ability to create logical, effective training solutions.
• Experience with LMS and modern training tools.
• Ability to keep attention and motivate participants.
• Willingness to work with quality - even at a fast pace.
• Positivity, openness to new things and a team approach.
• English - B2+
