Job Title: Travel Retail TrainerCompany: Parfums Christian DiorLocation: Position based in Miami, FLTravel: Willingness to travel extensively, up to 80% of the time.MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE:The Regional Trainer, based in Miami, reports to the Training Axis Manager.The Regional Trainer is responsible for performing comprehensive training programs covering all axis and selling skills with a primary focus on the North America region and support key regional events and conventions regardless of the location within Travel Retail Americas.In addition to training, the Regional Trainer will provide crucial support for back-office tasks and participate in sell-out and promotional activities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:1. EducationDeploy and animate training programs for all axis (fragrance, makeup, skincare, selling skills) and adapt to the audiences (beauty consultants, office staff, and retail operators.) and formats (in-person, in-store, on stage, online etc.)Ensure engagement from the learners and apply the Dior pedagogy and method. Show group-dynamic acumen and empathy.Embody Dior values and image, lead excellence by example and demonstrate Dior techniques and services at the point of sale.Proactively adjust training materials and contents to meet specific audience needs.2. Product and selling knowledgeSupport any sell-out initiative, animations, on-counter activities. Support to counter manager.Be the selling and service authority.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competition, product advancements etc.Identify Beauty Consultants with potential for further development and manage Specialists in collaboration with Training Axis Manager.3. Logistics and CoordinationManage the end-to-end logistics for all training deployments, which includes material, products and tools ordering and deliveries. Ensuring adherence to the brand's guidelines and processes.Handle hotel reservations, catering arrangements, flights, and transportation within allocated budgets for beauty consultants.Facilitate credential requests and collaborate closely with field teams and operators to ensure seamless operations.Ensure all essential materials for training sessions are readily available, including modules, handouts, displays, kits, products, and digital content, while effectively managing the allocated budget.4. Specific Training, Events, and ProjectsContribute to the organization of product "reveals" and common productions suitable for multiple regions.Lead and facilitate inductions for new employees (both corporate and field) and maximize group sizes by merging populations based on language.Support the Senior Training Axis Manager in various projects and tools as needed.Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations during Regional Seminars and Sales Cycles/Go to Market events.Coordinate credential requests and assist the Retail and Training team in organizing the Beauty Consultant seminar, including attendee list management, translations/proofreading, printings, item procurement, shipping, and transportation.Offer timely support for content creation, translations, and proofreading as required, especially for organizing various sessions such as retail groups and Beauty Consultant seminars.5. Support to the Retail & Training DepartmentAssist the Training Axis Managers in overseeing deliveries of products, uniforms, local tools, POSM in Miami office.Manage local material dispatch and distribution to teams in line with established guidelines.Provide support for Novelties collections deliveries, inventory management, and storage.PRINCIPAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:Fluent in English, Spanish a plus.Proven experience in a training/teaching role.International background preferred.Willingness to travel extensively, up to 80% of the time.Retail and result orientated. At ease with performing in store. Customer-centric mindset.Thorough understanding of the beauty and luxury industry.Based in the Miami regional corporate office.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Digital knowledge a plus (social media platforms, livestreams etc.)Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.SOFT SKILLSEntrepreneurial mindset, proactivity, and self-learning.Team player.
