We invite you to the team Training manager for perfumery and cosmetics sales (Training manager for Givenchy and Kenzo brands).

What are the main responsibilities:

• Organization of regular trainings for the company's beauty consultants on Brand products, Brand values, sales techniques, specialized make-up and skin care techniques, etc.;
• Participation in drawing up training budgets (planning expenses for business trips, organization of events, production of all necessary training materials), control over its use. Ordering training materials;
• Working with a team of beauty consultants of the company: organization and control of the effective work of beauty consultants; development and implementation of regular evaluations of work efficiency; development of criteria, metrics (KPI) for determining the quality of knowledge and professional skills, development of professional development plans; training and support of new employees; 
• Control and participation in the preparation and execution of sales plans;
• Maintaining contact with the Brand training center (Paris ), adaptation and timely translation from English to Ukrainian of all necessary information. Compilation of educational programs and preparation of didactic materials;
• Organization and holding of special events for clients, presentations and events for the team of beauty consultants;

• Experience in sales (ideally if cosmetics and perfumery);
• Experience working in a team;
• Love for your job and the beauty industry;
• Responsibility and attention to details;
• Impeccable communication and presentation skills;
• Successful experience in creating training and development programs;

• Experienced user of MS Office (Excel and Power Point);
• English language - intermediate level (Intermediate level)
• Make-up and grooming skills will be an advantage.
