The main goal of the role
To develop a culture of learning in the company through a modern approach to creating courses, development programs and effective use of the corporate training portal.
Your key tasks:
Development of electronic courses (on soft and hard skills): from script to interactive.
Creation of individual development plans and training trajectories for employees.
Administration of the corporate training portal (adding content, user support, reporting).
Preparation, adaptation and updating of training materials in accordance with the continuous development policy.
Support of internal and external training initiatives: coordination, applications, budget, reports.
Experience in conducting trainings for small groups (customer orientation, communications, sales, conflict management).
Skills creating interactive e-learning courses (structure, design, multimedia, learning logic).
Understanding the principles of pedagogical design and involvement of adult participants (andragogy).
Basic knowledge of tools for the development of training courses (Articulate, iSpring, Genially or Canva - depending on the level).
Experience in LMS / SDN administration and handling user requests.
Ability to work with graphic editors (Canva, Figma) and basic - with video (CapCut, Movavi).
Flexible format of cooperation (remote or hybrid).
Support in professional growth and development projects.
