- Conducting psychoeducational sessions for employees and volunteers of the TCHU, as well as for the public, specialists of the first line (including specialists in the social, medical, educational spheres, etc.) and partners.
- Preparation and conduct of support groups, sessions on self-care and teams for employees and volunteers of the TCHU, as well as the public, specialists of the first lines and partners.
- Support of volunteer teams that participate in response in armed conflict conditions, including evacuation of the population, work at the sites of explosions, duty in hospitals (before and after briefings, PPD for groups, groups support and psycho-educational sessions, etc.).
If necessary and/or at the request of the Department of PZPSP of the NC TCHHU, monitoring the implementation of methodological standards with PZPSP and providing assistance to specialists at the regional and local level, as well as volunteers of the direction PZPSP.
Requirements:
Education:
- Successful completion of the Training for Psychosocial Support Trainers ( TOT) or Training for Psychological First Aid instructors.
- Higher education in the field of psychology, pedagogy, social or other relevant field.
Work experience:
- Experience in facilitating psychological First Aid trainings.
- Experience in facilitating psychosocial support activities, conducting psychoeducational sessions.
- Experience in the field of health care, humanitarian work and/or volunteering experience.
Knowledge and skills required:

- Understanding the specifics of the processes of mentoring, supervision, conducting psychoeducational sessions, stress management and relaxation exercises, providing psychosocial support and psychological first aid.
- Understanding the specifics of facilitating group activities (setting rules, providing clear instructions to the group, engaging participants, ensuring confidentiality in the group, etc.).
- Experience and ability to communicate with different groups of people, tact and diplomacy.
