Trainer for trainings in Grin-Landiya, Gromadska organizaciya

Start date: May 2024. Duration of the contract: 1 year with the possibility of extension. NGO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses its activities on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy nutrition, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, resources were consolidated in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents of transit and receiving regions. The project "Safe gender-sensitive space for women and girls", implemented in partnership with the International Rescue Committee (IRC), is aimed at protecting and supporting the rights women and girls who are in a crisis situation due to military actions in Ukraine. The organization will provide psychosocial and legal support, humanitarian assistance and conduct activities on various topics to improve the well-being of women, girls and other vulnerable population groups. We are looking for trainers who: Are experts in countermeasures and prevention of domestic and gender-based violence; experience of conducting educational events on a similar or related topic; Minimum bachelor’s degree in psychology; Experience of working in state institutions, charitable organizations, foundations — will be an advantage. Description of expected services from the trainer (s): Preparation of additional trainings, development and/or refinement of existing theoretical materials, presentations and tasks for practical exercises; Conducting online and offline trainings; Willingness to travel to our areas in the Kharkiv region. Personal qualities: Adherence to basic humanitarian principles, such as humanity, impartiality, neutrality and independence; High communication skills; Interest and inclination to teamwork; Ability and ability to maintain confidentiality and respect , while working with clients.
