We are looking for an experienced specialist to conduct training aimed at strengthening customer support skills for all employees involved in working with already connected customers (two levels of technical support, VIP managers, mutual settlement managers).

Requirements for candidates

• Minimum 2 years of successful experience as a coach
• Experience and knowledge in the field of technical support/customer support, understanding the principles of call center work (not sales)
• Experience in developing methodical materials, training programs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Focus on results, responsibility, independence
