We are currently looking for a Trainee User Acquisition Manager to join the Promova team. The main goal of this role is to effectively attract users to our Promova app and platform through paid traffic channels, so that more people (regardless of their age, place of residence and lifestyle) can learn foreign languages conveniently, affordably and with high quality.
Promova is a language learning platform consisting of a mobile app, a website, group courses and individual lessons with tutors, as well as media and social networks. The application has already been downloaded more than 14 million times, and users have completed 35 million lessons with us. The team's goal for the next 2 years is to occupy a top 5 position among online services for learning foreign languages. And over the next 5 years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots.
Your area of influence:
- Attract new users to the Promova product through advertising on Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc. platforms;
- Effectively manage a large advertising budget to meet target volumes and ROMI;
- Analyze and test new creatives and targeting settings;
- Test new traffic channels and by-products, bring them to profitability;
- Analyze the market and competitors from the point of view of creatives, funnels, products, generate on this basis hypotheses for the development of Promova;
- Work in a cross-functional team to find ways to improve unit economics and scale opportunities.
For this you will need:
- Strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze information and draw conclusions from it;
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel - desire to learn how to analyze large amounts of information, form the necessary sections of data, draw reasonable conclusions;
- Understanding of the procurement process and metrics, understanding of unit economics;
- English level Intermediate+;
- Ability to qualitatively generate new ideas and hypotheses based on data and analytics;
- Marketer skills, ability to analyze creatives and see their working elements.
