YOUR NEW MAIN TASKS: Installation and configuration of the Windows, IOS family OS; Installation and configuration of user software, peripheral equipment (printer, scanner, etc.); Configuration of network equipment; Organization of the user's workplace ;Support of the Company's IT equipment, software and services;Support of users of the Company's IT services (directly at the workplace, remotely, in telephone mode);Troubleshooting of IT equipment and software.DO YOU HAVE THESE SECRET INGREDIENTS?I am a student University final year or graduate; I am a confident administrator-level PC user; I am familiar with the Windows family of operating systems and Microsoft software; I I speak English at the Upper-Intermediate+ level (I speak and can participate in meetings held in English); I know the principles of network protocols (TCP/IP), Vlan, IPSec, Wireless (will be an advantage); I am thirsty ) to knowledge, customer-oriented, punctual and responsible.
