To participate, you need to familiarize yourself with the terms of the program on the website Internship (silpo .ua) and go through 3 stages of selection:

1) fill in survey and play the game 

2) prepare a video business card or an essay (optional)                        

3) pass the final interview with the future manager 

To join the program, you need:

• Be a confident user of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets and Google Presentations

• Amidst a large amount of information, pick out what you need, structure it and be able to read between the lines :)

• Don't be afraid to take responsibility

• Forget about clear instructions (well, almost) and approach solving problems creatively 

• Basically understand how surveys are conducted and user behavior is analyzed on sites (Google Analytics)

During the program you will learn and learn:

• Research best practices in the field of digitization of HR processes 

• Identify pain points and areas for improvement in HR processes 

• Implement automation of application X based on White Doc
