Our Trainee Sourcer/Recruiter:

• searches for candidates in different channels according to the brief;
• fills and updates the candidate database;
• creates job descriptions and wow messages for candidates;
• conducts initial communication with candidates.

Our future Trainee Sourcer/Recruiter:

• has an understanding and experience of candidate search channels (LinkedIn, Telegram channels, DOU and other job resources);

• completed recruiting/sourcing courses;

• speaks English at the Intermediate level and above;
• wants to gain experience in recruiting.
