Trainee Sourcer in KnubiSoft

Our company is looking for talented professionals to join our Recruitment team as junior Talent Researcher  at our Kyiv/Kharkiv office

YOU ARE
Having experience in the IT industry
Having a good understanding of IT outsourcing industry
Possessing a strong understanding of the Researcher's role
Able to present our company and open roles to potential candidates in a positive way
Showing effective time-management skills
 
Will be a plus:
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
A concept of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)

YOU WILL
• Searching and preparation of a list of potential candidates;
• Managing of candidate’s database;
• Designing of corporate resumes;
• Design of reporting documentation to confirm implementation of recruiting options.
