We consider candidates without commercial experience in Salesforce.Location: Kyiv or Lviv We will only contact candidates whose applications will be selectedRequirementsMust havePrevious experience working with CRM systems, as an IT support specialist, working in a call center with foreign clients At least an Intermediate strong level of English (both written and spoken) Will be a plusSalesforce Administrator Certification (SCA)ResponsibilitiesManaging Salesforce.orgMaking non-code modifications to existing SF implementation to meet new requirementsUsing various configuration and customization capabilities of SFUpdating documentation to reflect the new functionality.
