Trainee QA Engineer in CHM software

The CHM software company develops software and equipment for automating the seller's workplace and accounting for the institution's activities. Its Chameleon POS solutions are already used by more than 6,000 retail outlets across the country CHM software on the Ukrainian market since 2009. The company's head office is located in Kharkiv, where about 60 employees work. We offer ready-made POS solutions for comprehensive automation of the trading process: From the seller's side: we automate the workplace and bring its work to a new level. From the buyer's side: we create cozy conditions for payments and interaction with the seller, improve the quality of service. From the owner's side: we provide effective control tools, we simplify the accounting of turnover and finances, increase the efficiency of management. In connection with the active development of the company, we are opening a vacancy for a QA Engineer. Basic requirements: Experience as a QA from 1 year. Experience in testing accounting systems. Knowledge of Python. Understanding of client work - server applications. Correct application of the type and techniques of testing for specific functions. Ability to write testing documentation. Experience with bug-tracking systems: Jira, Red-Mine, etc. Knowledge of the wiki system. Ability to work with several projects. Experience with databases given; ability to work with logs. Main responsibilities: Identifying problems and converting them into bug reports. Participation in the analysis of the business logic of the application and covering it with tests. Reviewing the project documentation. Defining the test strategy. Developing a test plan and other test documentation that ensures adequate testing coverage. Determination of labor costs and work planning. Performing software testing of enterprise systems: Desktop applications, API testing, Web application testing, Mobile application testing (IOS, Android). Use of various types, techniques and testing tools depending on the chosen approach and goals: end-to-end testing, functional and non-functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, load testing, etc. Constant analysis and actions to improve the efficiency, productivity and quality of software testing. Analysis of the results obtained during testing. Registration and tracking of defects in the housing. Risk assessment, determination of dependencies and assumptions. Compilation of reports on the results of testing. Working conditions: Schedule: Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Paid trial period; 10 minutes from the South Railway Station;
