Responsibilities:

• Project management in the HR sphere : coordination of HR projects for the selection, adaptation and development of personnel for our clients.
• Communication with clients: establishment and maintenance of long-term relationships with partners, management of client expectations.
< li>Planning and monitoring the progress of projects: developing and monitoring the implementation of project plans, meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Teamwork: coordinating work with recruiters, HR specialists and other stakeholders.
• Evaluation of project results: analysis of the effectiveness of implemented projects, preparation of reports for clients and management.

Requirements:

• Project management skills: planning, organization, control and analysis.
• High level of communication skills: ability to effectively interact with customers and the team.
• Knowledge of HR processes will be an advantage.
• Flexibility and stress resistance: ability to adapt to changes and quickly respond to new challenges.
