Performics Ukraine is looking for a Intern PPC Specialist.

We expect you to have the following skills and experience:

• basic knowledge and understanding of the basics of Google Ads and Meta Ads;
• basic knowledge of launching and optimizing performance campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads;
• understanding of the main KPIs of campaign performance: CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, etc.;
• desire to constantly improve your skills and learn new marketing hacks in Google Ads, Facebook Ads;
• skills for working with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint;
• level of English Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above;
• initiative, attention to detail, self-organization and orientation business result.

It will also be cool if you have:

• basic skills of working with analytics and GA tracking services Universal & 360, GA 4, FB Pixel, Google Tag Manager;
• Skillshop certificates for search campaigns, KMS and Shopping;
• basic knowledge of the principles of working on the Kanban methodology.

 What will you do in this position?
    
An experienced mentor will help you systematize your existing knowledge and provide a basis for developing new skills in:

• Planning and launching campaigns in various advertising tools: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CPA-Networks, Apple Search, etc.;
• Analytics and optimization of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, implementation of new ideas;
• Market and competitor analytics, forming hypotheses and searches growth points for projects;
• Improvements of the main indicators of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns depending on business goals: CPA, ROAS, LTV, MAU, DAU, etc.
