Our client, a European electrical engineering and machine-building company, which is a leader in the field of supplying solutions for the automotive industry, production of electromechanical industrial and household appliances, announces a competition for the position of "Trainee in the Department of Power Tools".

The internship program is an opportunity to:

Requirements for participants of the internship program :

• Full-time students or college/school graduates who continue to study for a bachelor’s degree (specialization: business economics, international economics, management, marketing);

• Ability to work in a flexible schedule from 20 to 40 hours per week;

• < p>Possibility to undergo an internship during the next 6 months;

• English —Intermediate level;

• A confident user of MS Excel;

The company offers:

• Official registration according to the Labor Code of Ukraine;

• Paid internship (hourly form of payment);

• Flexible work schedule;

• Mixed work format — Online up to 90%/ offline by agreement and capabilities of both parties;

• Participation in corporate events;

• Duration of internship is 6 months;

• Location of the company office: Kyiv, st. Livoberezhna.

Main duties:

Sales assistance:

• Working with the correspondence of the department (incoming and outgoing mail).

• Extract of powers of attorney for returns upon request.

• Assistance in establishing a new client: registration of sales contracts, collection of client documents for entry into the SAP system, application processing and entry of new clients into the SAP system.

• Uploading documents to the B2B portal: price- letters, certificates, declarations and others.

• Unloading from SAP and uploading tax invoices to Vchasno.

• Working with contracts.

• Assistance in generating sales reports, keeping statistics, monitoring margins and key indicators, monitoring competitors, creating and maintaining reports (prices/activities).

Help in translation and creation of presentations.

• Collection of data on the company's range available in other markets.
