You will support the team so that they are productive, continuously learning, and focused on delivering value.The Scrum Master will be key in supporting the effectiveness of the Product team, building a safe and trusting environment where issues/problems can be raised without fear of blame and where mutual collaboration, self-management, and problem-solving are emphasized.You should be able to support the Project Manager in forecasting, creating, and clarifying goals and actions to achieve them.
