Trainee/Junior PR and Reputation Specialist in SKELAR

Now we in search of Reputation Specialist in our portfolio company < strong>TENTENS Tech.

TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The TENTENS Tech team has the experience of successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, so far). And the slogan We don't think limits reflects both the company's strategic thinking and the team's motivation to always race far beyond the horizon.

What challenges await:
— Master and freely use brand monitoring services;
— Master SERP-checking systems and learn how to distribute results according to the desired tonality;
— Learn to work on replacing and removing uncontrolled negativity from Google search results;
— Adjust the reporting system of the obtained results to the appropriate; department; form your own anti-crisis plan in case of reputational attacks.

What is important for us
Must have:
— Competent English (minimum B2) for effective communication with stakeholders/contractors/partners. 
— Basic understanding of how SERPs/SERMs work.
— Understanding of the modern digital landscape, interest in PR, online reputation, risk management.
— Ability to research, analyze and structure information.
— Ability to quickly learn and master new tools.

Nice to have: 
— Knowledge of Online reputation management best practices and practical experience in their use.
— Experience with review sites (Trustpilot, Sitejabber, Reviews.io). 
- Knowledge of some of the following tools: Brand24, Youscan, Mangools, Similiarweb, Worksection. 

In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation charity fund from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
