Trainee/Junior Lead Generation Specialist in CodeSeek

CodeSeek is a Lviv web development company (Java, Angular). We are looking for a person who wants to develop himself in the field of sales, we have an open position Trainee/Junior Lead Generation Specialist.

What is important:

• English language -Strong Upper-Intermediate+ (oral and written)
• Opportunity to work in Lviv (hybrid format)
• Basic understanding sales-processes (funnel, search for leads, work with CRM)

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the field of Sales/LeadGen">Experience in the field of sales or work with clients
• or BD
• Ability to use CRM systems
• Understanding IT terminology and outsourcing/outstaffing

Responsibilities:

• Active search for leads via LinkedIn, Upwork and other platforms
• Preparation of basic commercial offers
• Work with CRM data
• Collaboration with the recruiting team to determine customer needs
• Market and competitor analysis
