Trainee/Junior Graphic Designer (Educational Product) to SKELAR in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with co-founders, we assemble strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

Brighterly is a closed marketplace with 1-on-1 math tutoring for kids in the US market. We are building a full-fledged online school with STEM sciences for children. Now our users in the form of parents can get professional services to help their children with problems that classical educational institutions cannot cope with. We have personalized approaches to each child and are focused on results.

In two years, more than 10,000 lessons were held, and more than 2,000 students graduated. In almost 2 years with MVP, we have grown to 30+ in-house specialists, 30 remote and 200+ tutors in different geos around the world.

To scale the business, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join the team, who is ready to create unique creatives and strengthen the product, take into account the needs of the business and learn and grow a lot.

What is important to us:

— 1 year+ of experience in a similar position;
— Experience working with Figma;
— Careful work with details and the ability to quickly complete tasks;
— Understanding of composition, typography, color theory;
— Level of English language proficiency B1 and above;
— High level of motivation and desire for development;
- Knowledge of marketing design - the ability to create visual content that effectively affects the product's audience.

What challenges await:

— Creation of static creatives according to a clear TK, using Figma, to promote the product on various social network platforms (mainly Facebook, Instagram);
— Creation of creative variations from ready-made creatives and generation of new creative concepts;
— Work with resizes for different formats of promotion channels;
— Generation of ideas together with the marketing team to improve visual communication in advertising materials;
— Analysis of competitors' advertising materials and social networks to track global trends in design.

Will be a plus:

— Experience in video editing programs (After Effects/ CapCut);
— Experience with AI (statics and video generation).

We are looking for a candidate who is ready to work in an office/hybrid format in Kyiv.
