Trainee/Junior Graphic Designer in SKELAR

We are currently looking for Trainee/JuniorGraphic Designer to partner company TENTENS Tech.

Key area of responsibility:
— Ideation: generation of the visual component of creative based on the technical tasks of the marketing team;
— Production: development of creatives for product promotion in advertising networks;
— Cooperation: close cooperation with the marketing department and discussion of ideas for improving the work of existing creatives;
— Experiments: testing new tools, plug-ins, creating project templates for more efficient work;
— Creative research: analysis of competitor advertising materials and social networks to track global trends in design;
— Analytics: Analysis of creatives and building hypotheses based on their results.

Our expectations from candidates:
- Commercial experience - 1 year or more will be a plus;
- Working knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator;
- Ability to create templates in Figma, work with components and libraries;
- Practical knowledge of Ai (Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Remini, Sora) and the like;
—Understanding the rules of composition, typography, and color;
—High level of creativity and ability to generate ideas that meet user needs and business requirements;
—Good communication skills, ability to quickly establish contact with colleagues within the team and outside the project;
—Competent assessment of time and resources required to complete tasks, independent time management skills.
