Trainee/Junior Designer in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win on global markets.

Storyby is a tech startup focused on finding ambitious aspiring authors and building a content ecosystem of books, audio and video adaptations. We develop products so that new best-selling stories can be read, listened to and interacted with through a variety of content. 

Today we are actively scaling 2 products: AlphaNovel and DramaShorts. Our team includes 50 professionals. Together we are building the future of the world of publishing and content of the 21st century.

AlphaNovel

A product available on iOS, Android and Web platforms. It provides users with the best experience of reading and listening to short stories. We empower millions of aspiring authors around the world to publish their books, and empower readers to choose future bestsellers. Seamlessly integrated game mechanics along with a reward system increase user engagement.  AlphaNovel is the flagship product on which more than 12,000 authors have already published their books. Active audience of more than a million readers. 

DramaShorts

A product available on iOS and Android platforms that immerses users in the bite-size entertainment world of video adaptations (with series of 1-2 minutes in vertical Reels-like format) in Shorts format. Each adaptation is a continuation of AlphaNovel's business, as we write scripts based on successful books on the platform.  DramaShorts is currently in an active scaling phase with positive unit economics. 

p> — Creation of video creatives according to a clear TOR, using video materials and in accordance with the general style of the product;
— Editing of filmed video material, creation of creative variations from ready-made projects;
— Work with resizes for different promotion channel formats;
—Generation of new ideas for marketing tasks;
—Interaction with the creative team.

What is important to us:

< p>—Experience in video editing and design programs;
—Basic knowledge of After Effects;
—Detailed attention to detail and the ability to creatively implement ideas in a variety of formats;
—Organized, creative and attention to detail;
— Ability to defend one's position and accept constructive criticism. 

Will be a plus:

— Knowledge of the CapCut program;
—Experience with AI.       

In addition to businesses, we are developing our own charitable fund SKELAR foundation to support the Armed Forces. As part of the initiative, we create and finance a largeand projects that help bring our victory closer.
