Trainee/Junior Backend (non-commercial project) in Team Challenge

Hello! We are a Ukrainian startup - Team Challenge, created by the same beginners as you.

Team Challenge is a service where you can find the first team of like-minded people (juniors and trainees of various IT specialties) for the development of a pet project and the idea/requirements for it for free. This will help you get your first work experience to get the long-awaited offer faster.

All teams are cross-functional and include:

• Backend developer
• Frontend developer
• Project manager
• QA
• Designer

• Mentor (if there are free applications for participation, but if there is no mentor in the team, we have chats where you can contact them with questions)

And now we are looking for (trainee/junior) Backend.

What is expected of you?

• Professional courses completed;

• Motivation to work;
• Allow 2-3 hours a day to work on the project
• Choose C#, Golang, Java, NodeJs, PHP, Python, Ruby

IMPORTANT! There is no payment, because this project was created on a volunteer basis by the same beginners to help other Trainee/junior gain their first experience

What you will get by submitting an application to participate in one of the Team Challenge projects:

1) A cross-functional team of the same juniors/ trainees, where there will be a backend developer, frontend developers, QA, designers, PM and possibly a mentor. Therefore, you will have a great opportunity to manage the project from scratch.

2) Access to the community of all our users who work in other teams. Here you can ask questions, ask for help, share your experience and generally be creative. And we also hold cool online Coffee Chats and offline events.

3) Each team gets an idea and minimum requirements for the project and has the opportunity to make their project unique. All teammates act as stakeholders for their own project. 🤍
