We invite you to take part in the internship program for the position: "Junior specialist in labor regulation": participation in the development of technically justified norms of labor costs according to specific production and technical conditions for the types of work performed by employees of the enterprise; analysis of the state of norming, the degree of validity and intensity of norms ;establishment of time (production) norms for one-time and additional work; verification of current labor norms in order to identify outdated and erroneously established norms; calculation and analysis of the number of workers according to the actual time worked; conducting photo-chronographs of observation, processing and analysis of the received data in order to identify the causes non-fulfillment of time norms, and making proposals for their elimination.
