EY People Advisory Services practice is a reliable business advisor for local and international clients on personnel management issues. The Workforce Advisory team offers a wide range of services related to the improvement of HR processes and personnel management practices for local and international companies in Ukraine and abroad. Responsibilities

• Participation in projects to improve the effectiveness of the management function personnel and optimization of HR business processes for our clients' companies
• Research of the labor market and best practices in personnel management for the company's clients
• Conducting surveys, preparing the necessary calculations and analytical reports based on the collected data
• Preparing analytical and/or marketing materials and presentations for of clients
• Project management, including assistance with administrative matters

Requirements

• Higher/undergraduate degree in the field economics, management, sociology, personnel management or a related field (we consider students of the 3rd year and above). 
• In-depth knowledge of office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI (will be an advantage).
• English language proficiency level - B2 and above
• Previous experience in HR or consulting is an advantage
• Ability and desire to work in team
