To join the program, you need to:

• be creative and ready for new challenges as a cat that has a desire to learn and absorb information
• have skills in Photoshop and Illustrator
• have skills in creating presentations in Power Point, Canva, Google Presentations, Illustrator, Indesign
• basic skills of creating illustrations from scratch
• be an active user of MS Office
• knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate+ level
• read the terms of the program on the website (silpo.ua) and go through the stages of selection:

1. fill out the questionnaire and record a video business card
2. play the game
3. complete the test task and pass the final interview with the future manager

During the program you will learn and learn:

• create new designs for projects
• resize layouts for advertising campaigns
• interact with creative agencies, designers, copywriters, photographers, video production, audio production< /li>
• create presentations for projects
• maintain project document flow
