Trainee Customer Success Manager in Promodo

Do you want to understand how the venture industry works from the inside?

We are looking for a Trainee Customer Success Manager in a fintech project for a 3-month internship with the possibility of further employment.

This role is not about project management, but about taking care of investors and supporting their interaction with the team.

During the internship, you will help the team with operational tasks, work with CRM, you will communicate with clients and learn processes in a venture environment.

After the internship, you will transition to independent management of potential investors from the request to the closing of the deal.

What you will do:

• Communication with investors: Establishing and maintaining friendly relations with investors to ensure their satisfaction.
• Consulting investors: Providing information and support at all stages of signing deals with the syndicate.
• Problem solving: Quick response to investors' requests and problems, ensuring their effective solution.
• Working with the CRM system for timely and high-quality display of data
• Assisting the operations director and the team in performing various administrative and organizational tasks: translating texts, organizing meetings, preparing materials, reports and documents
• Defining and documenting business processes, as well as suggestions for their optimization.
