Trainee Business Analyst (Odoo) in Netframe

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Business Analyst with a focus on Odoo, the leading open-source ERP system. As a Trainee Business Analyst (Odoo), you will work closely with our experienced team of business analysts and developers to understand our clients' business processes and requirements, and translate them into effective solutions using Odoo ERP.

Qualifications:

⚙️ Education in economics, finance, accounting (is preferred)

⚙️ Knowledge of business analysis techniques and tools

⚙️ Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

⚙️ Prior experience with Odoo ERP is a plus, but not required.

⚙️ High level of communication and presentation skills

⚙️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

⚙️ Understanding of CRM/ERP systems, accounting, and production processes

⚙️ Level of English: B2(strong)

Responsibilities:

- Learn and understand the functionalities and capabilities of Odoo ERP.

- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and design solutions that meet client needs.

- Support the implementation and configuration of Odoo modules to address specific business requirements.

- Assist in conducting user acceptance testing and training sessions for clients.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-implementation.

- Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in Odoo ERP.

Your first task will involve registering project information in Odoo, analyzing data, and creating reports and forecasts to facilitate informed decision-making for the client.
