Required Skills

🔹Experience in conducting interviews, researches, documentation analysis

🔹Basic understanding of the process analysis and requirements modeling techniques

🔹Ability to create a simple flowchart and/or swimlane diagram

🔹Knowledge of the main Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
🔹Intermediate English (speaking and writing)

🔹Basic experience with Jira and Confluence (or alternatives)

🔹Assisting Senior Business Analyst in requirements elicitation, analysis and specification

🔹Collaborating with developers, designers, QAs to support project delivery
🔹Communicating with stakeholders to clarify requirements
🔹Analyzing, validating, grooming and documenting requirements to the web & mobile projects
🔹Visualizing business processes for the software projects
🔹Performing competitor and market analysis, assisting in developing product ideas
🔹Supporting the development by following Agile methodologies
