Trainee 3D Designer in NextWave Digital

We create high-quality 3D visualizations for games, advertising projects, architectural solutions and digital marketing. Our team includes artists, designers and technical specialists who implement innovative ideas for clients from Ukraine and Europe.

We invite a Junior 3D Designer who wants to develop, participate in real projects and create world-class visual products.

Main responsibilities:

• Creation of 3D models of characters, objects and environments for games and visualization.

• Working with textures, materials and lighting.

• Optimization of 3D resources for various platforms.

• Preparation of models for animation and integration into projects.

• Execution of tasks in accordance with the technical task and company standards.

• Cooperation with the art director, designers and animators.

• Participation in reviews and improving the quality of work.

• Documentation of the work process and organization of own resources.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Basic skills of working with Blender, 3ds Max, Maya or other 3D tools.

• Understanding the basics of modeling, texturing and lighting.

• Basic knowledge and composition coloristics.

• Responsibility and attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn and develop in the 3D sphere.

• We consider candidates without experience, with minimal experience, as well as students.

Will be an advantage:

• Portfolio own 3D projects.

• Experience with Substance Painter / ZBrush.

• Understanding rendering and post-processing processes.

• English at the level of reading documentation.
