Traffic Sales Manager, Affiliate manager in Talent Hunters Hub

We are looking for an experienced Traffic Sales Manager/Affiliate manager to manage affiliate programs and ensure sales growth. Main tasks: Communication with existing partners; Analysis of competitors and trends in the field of affiliate marketing; Attracting new partners and conducting negotiations with them; Creating creatives, working with designers; Optimizing traffic sources, tracking payback and increasing traffic volumes; Keeping documentation and reporting. We expect: At least 1 year of experience in the position of affiliate manager or similar; Excellent knowledge of the English language at B2 levels and above; Deep understanding of partner cooperation models and performance metrics; Understanding of revenue share, CPA, CPL, CPI, CPM and CPC; The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to make quick decisions; high communication and organizational skills.
