Your main tasks will be: Carrying out preventive work to prevent traffic accidents and drivers' compliance with the rules of safe transportation of passengers and cargo. Control of the technical condition of motor vehicles, the state of health and the level of training of drivers and the safety of their work on the line. Participation in the official investigation of traffic accidents that took place with the participation of the company's motor vehicles, with trips to the places of their occurrence and the organization of the examination of these events and violations of traffic rules committed by drivers in order to prevent their occurrence. Accounting for traffic accidents and violations of traffic rules by drivers, analysis of the circumstances and causes of their occurrence, development and implementation of specific measures to eliminate them. Provision of the office on traffic safety with the necessary methodical materials, organization of classes, discussions, lectures, reports on the dissemination of the experience of accident-free work of drivers. Participation in the work of active commissions for consideration of administrative materials on violations committed by the company's drivers. Accounting and established traffic safety reporting. Obtaining permits for the transportation of goods, the weight and overall parameters of which exceed the normative ones. We expect from you: a complete higher education in the relevant field of training. Work experience of at least two years; attention and scrupulousness in working with documents; business Ukrainian language; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), skills in specialized technical programs, experience in organizing document flow in the ERP system will be considered an advantage. good communication skills, analytical mindset, thoroughness and attentiveness, ability to work efficiently in multitasking conditions; ordered documents, namely the existing military registration document according to the current legislation, a passport (unexpired) and others.
