Your main tasks will be:

• ensuring the daily execution of the plan of transport services;
< li> carrying out communication regarding the plans for the operation of vehicles for the next day in order to ensure the proper level of performance of transport services;
• processing applications for the order of vehicles in the ERP system;
• fuel accounting in scratch cards;
• informing drivers about daily routes, weather and road conditions;
• working with dispatchers of adjacent units to attract idle vehicles to fulfill orders for their unit;
• formation of the combined form of the division's time sheet.

We expect from you:

• higher education;
• proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet;
• preferred work experience in automated systems (TMS, 1C, Parus, SAP, Fortmonitor);
• knowledge of accounting processes , legislative documents, instructions and regulations in matters of transportation, loading/unloading of dangerous goods;
• communication skills, analytical abilities, attention to detail;
• ordered documents, namely the available military accounting a document in accordance with current legislation, a passport (unexpired) and others.
