Role Overview:

As a Buyer Traffic Specialist at CREATY, you will be at the forefront of our user acquisition efforts, playing a crucial role in driving traffic and ensuring the success of our games in a competitive market. Your expertise in traffic acquisition and optimization will be key in expanding our player base and enhancing our games' visibility and engagement.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Traffic Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive traffic acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality users for our games across various channels (paid, organic, social media, etc.).
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ad networks.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure goals are met, providing regular reports and actionable insights to the team.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate the advertising budget to maximize ROI, adjusting strategies based on performance and market trends.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to identify new opportunities and trends in user acquisition and mobile gaming.
  • Collaborative Optimization: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to optimize user acquisition funnels and enhance the overall player experience.
  • Creative Testing: Continuously test and iterate on creative assets and messaging to improve campaign performance and engagement.

     

Main Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in user acquisition or traffic management, preferably in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Platform Expertise: Proficiency in managing campaigns on major ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey insights and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with mobile app tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust, Appsflyer).
