Trade marketing specialist, analyst (working with data) in IDS Ukraine

Key requirements: Higher education; Work experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in a large manufacturing company (sales, marketing, sales department); Understanding of the structure and principles of sales organization; Knowledge of the FMCG market; Familiarity with various approaches and tools for sales analysis; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI). Mastery of Power Query, Power Pivot will be an advantage. Personal qualities: High level of self-organization, independence, systematic work; Analytical thinking; Attention to details and accuracy in calculations; Responsibility; Ability to work effectively in the multitasking area , deadlines; Critical thinking, the ability to find the dependencies of successful results. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain reports based on OLAP and Power BI for analysis of sales, market dynamics, promo effectiveness; Search for trends and dependencies between indicators and assessment of factors affecting commercial efficiency; Preparation of presentation materials; Work with project tasks and non-standard requests; Implementation of new tools, work with a large amount of data; Automation of current processes.
