What you need to do:

• Media planning.
• Budgeting and control of expenses for marketing activities.
• Coordination of the launch of marketing activities and interaction with the customer at all stages of the launch.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of the communication channels of the activities carried out.
• Definition of effective communication channels.
• Optimization of internal processes with the aim of increasing work efficiency.
• Forming reports on the results of marketing activities.

What is needed for this:

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
• Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position in marketing, trade marketing or digital marketing.
• Knowledge of digital and direct marketing tools.
• Knowledge of marketing tools measurement metrics.
• Experience writing technical assignments to create graphics, photo and video content.
• Have experience in media planning and launch of marketing activities of major brands.
• The ability to act independently, persistently and responsibly with a focus on achieving results.
• Have analytical, strategic and creative thinking.
