- Conducting analytics and performance control trade marketing activities, loyalty programs
- Development and implementation of motivational programs for the sales team
- Management of relations with Clients (agencies, subcontractors, owners of retail outlets)
- Work in systems with analytical reports and with the budget of trade marketing activities
- Formation and preparation of reports for trade teams
Main requirements for the candidate:
- Higher degree (preferably economics, management or marketing)
- Experience/work experience: 2 years of experience in a similar position or as a sales department analyst, a specialist in document management, specialist in support of sales programs
- Experience in the system of planning and approval of purchases (SRM), electronic system SAP (preferred)
- Confident user of PC and MS Office (advanced level of proficiency Excel and PowerPoint)
- The level of knowledge of the English language is not lower than B1 / Intermediate
- Readiness for business trips
- Residence in the city of Kyiv/Kyiv region
